- Check in 3:00 pm, Check out 11:00 am.
- If you have guests, please escort them into the park. Keeping the gate code secure is all campers responsibility.
-One night non-refundable deposit to be paid in advance for non-seasonal reservations.
-Please do not bring your own campfire wood. Wood is available for a free-will donation.
-Recreational marijuana is NOT allowed. You will be asked to leave the premises immediately if you have it.
-Children under the age of 10 should be accompanied by an adult in the store.
-Legal drinking age will be enforced on the campground. You must be 21 years of age.
-Absolutely no alcoholic beverages in the store or pool areas.
-Golf carts are welcome, you must be 16 and have a valid driver’s license to drive the cart on the premises. No ATVs, mopeds, dirt bikes, etc.
-No one under 18 years old will be allowed to camp overnight unless they have adult supervision.
-No firearms allowed in the park this includes BB guns, slingshots, bows & arrows, paintball guns and or fireworks. You will be asked to leave if you possess any of the above.
-Children unattended in the pool and pond area will be asked to leave, you must be 14+ of age to swim without adult supervision. You must be 18+ to be a supervisor. There will be no lifeguard on duty.
-Pets must be leashed at all times and immediately cleaned up after. We ask that you do not leave your pet unattended or noisy. Please respect other campers by not allowing your pet to wander.
-Limit 2 pets over 30 pounds per site. Limit 3 pets if under 30 pounds. Must be up to date on shots. Please provide a shot record. If pet is seen aggressive, we will ask for it to leave the park.
-Pets are not allowed in the pool area or any of our community buildings.
-Speed limit in the park is 10 MPH.
-Please use a clothing rack, no clothes lines running across your site.
-Please limit vehicles to two per site. NO PARKING ON THE ROADS OR GRASS.
-Please do not cut or damage trees on the premises for firewood.
-Keep fires at a reasonable size and please use the fire pits provided. Burn only wood.
-Each campsite is limited to one camper/RV/tent. You can occasionally add (1) tent with up to 4 guests to your site with permission.
-Registered campers and RV’s are responsible for the CONDUCT AND SAFETY of their children, guests, and pets.
-For safety during a storm you can go to the store bathrooms or the banquet hall to seek shelter
-CHILDREN 10 AND UNDER NEED TO BE BACK TO THEIR LOT BY DUSK UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT
-GOLF CARTS MUST HAVE HEADLIGHTS TURNED ON AT DARK
-BICYCLES MUST HAVE ALL WHEELS LIT UP OR SOME SORT OF BRIGHT LIGHT AT NIGHT FOR VISIBILITY
-Quiet time is between 11pm and 8am
